Fungi at the Meadow

My friends at Mabley Green Meadow are increasing their meadow remit to include mushrooms. Remarkably, our clever species has worked out how to inoculate suitable logs with fungus spores. The result is you can grow and harvest your own edible mushrooms – shiitake and oyster mushrooms work particularly well.

And who thought meadows were just for daisies.
